The Cowboys & Bears Are Missing A Major Opportunity

This is the best pool of coaches available ever. Coaches from recent National Champion, Jim Harbaugh to Super Bowl winners like Pete Carroll are available, in addition to the best coach of all time Bill Belichick, and a massive overachiever in Mike Vrabel. There are currently 6 vacancies, when in reality there should be 8 as Mike McCarthy and Matt Eberflus, of the Cowboys and Bears respectively, should be out of jobs. Both coaches have underachieved with talented rosters and in the Bears’ case, a player in Justin Fields filled with potential to be one of the best quarterbacks in the game. Keeping these coaches will result in both of the franchises not improving from their previous record and not elevating to the playoff behemoths they can possibly be. This is a massive opportunity for both franchises to hire a coach to take them to the next level and coaches who would undoubtedly be an upgrade over their predecessors. The Cowboys and Bears will come to regret not being more proactive earlier in the years to come because the pool would not get much bigger and better than this for a long time.
